Hale Mahana Kai

Hale Mahana Kai is a new-construction, luxury residence, completed in 2002.  It provides ocean front accommodations with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The large downstairs encompassing the living room, kitchen, and dining area, opens to a spacious covered lanai where whales, dolphins and sea turtles can be viewed. All bedrooms have ocean view, lanais, televisions, and private baths.   The fully equipped kitchen, with granite countertops, features a center island with bar stools.  The dining area, which seats 6, is open to a living room featuring an entertainment center with indoor/outdoor sound system, DVD/CD/VCR and TV.  High ceilings, hardwood floors, and island style furnishings complement the setting.  The house is across the street from the National Tropical Botanical Gardens visitor center.  Beaches at Kukuiula Harbor, Poipu Beach Park, Brennecke's and others are minutes away.  Snorkeling is nearby at both Koloa Landing as well as adjacent to the Beach House Restaurant.  This home can be rented with either two or three bedrooms; the rear bedroom has private access as well as a kitchenette, queen bed, and full size sofa sleeper (and can be rented separately).  The living room couch is a queen sleeper affording families extra capacity. The two oceanfront bedrooms have king and queen beds.
