This Oceanfront resort is located on 10 acres and is actually situated partially over the ocean.  Spacious rooms and mature grounds add to the special fee of this resort which affords some of the best oceanfront views to be found.  Each of the 300+ guest rooms welcomes you with central air conditioning, delightful island-style decor, cable TV, and your own private lanai for enjoying the spectacular views.  Sleep late, order room service, enjoy a Hawaiian massage, relax by the pool, savor the sunset from our over-the-water lounge or your own private lanai.  Stroll across to the Kahalu'u Bay for fascinating snorkeling.
